About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations. This contract role involves collaborating with internal teams to translate business needs into user-friendly Tableau solutions that align with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build insightful Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Prepare and integrate data from multiple sources (databases, cloud, flat files).
• Develop and optimize data models and calculations within Tableau.
• Improve dashboard performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Apply data visualization and UX best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data governance and security compliance.
• Document solutions and provide training/support.
• Lead by example and mentor team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with structured, maintainable coding and deployment processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Airtable or Smartsheet.
