Job Description
Specification:

  • Working experience of 9 years with at least 4+ years of work experience as a strong Scrum Master in tech domain preferred.
  • Must have PSM or CSM Certification and well versed with Scrum framework
  • Agile process and ensures that all scrum cadences occur and are productive – daily scrum meetings, planning sessions, etc.
  • Experience working with technical delivery teams and knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development and technical solution integration
  • Oversees the Scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaptation
  • Support and aids the product team in creating and managing a clearly defined backlog, release planning, sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Knowledge about other frameworks such as Kanban, SaFe, XP etc.
