Job Description:

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced D365 Functional Consultant – Supply Chain with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM). The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations, engaging with stakeholders, and providing strategic business solutions aligned with supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for D365 Supply Chain Management.

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.

• Configure and customize D365 SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, and Production Control.

• Support solution design, functional documentation, testing, training, and post-go-live activities.

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.

• Provide thought leadership and best practices on D365 SCM solutions and process optimization.

• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5+ years hands-on in D365 Supply Chain Management.

• Proven track record in delivering 4+ full-cycle end-to-end implementations in D365 Supply Chain.

• Deep understanding of SCM functional processes – Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and Manufacturing.

• Strong experience in Fit-Gap analysis, Business Process Design, and Solution Configuration.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Certification (preferred).

• Experience in D365 Finance or related ERP modules.

• Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps, or Azure services is an added advantage.
