Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Business Consultant to lead Daikin’s transition from Hyperion to a modern EPM/FP&A platform. The consultant will gather business and financial planning requirements, evaluate alternative solutions (Oracle Cloud EPM, OneStream, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.), and support selection and implementation to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current Hyperion-based FP&A processes and identify improvement areas.

• Gather and document financial planning and reporting requirements.

• Evaluate and recommend best-fit EPM/FP&A platforms.

• Coordinate vendor demos, POCs, and user feedback.

• Support product selection with cost-benefit and risk analysis.

• Liaise between finance and IT for implementation and change management.

Qualifications:

• 14+ years in business consulting or EPM/FP&A systems (Hyperion or equivalent).

• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting knowledge.

• Experience in EPM solution selection and implementation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiar with tools like Oracle Cloud EPM, OneStream, Anaplan, Adaptive.
