Position Overview
The DevOps Cloud Engineer will serve as a senior technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and other enterprise platforms.
This role involves leading cloud operations, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline development, and integrating legacy systems into modern cloud architectures.
The ideal candidate will have strong multi-cloud experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead DevOps best practices across diverse environments.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless build, deployment, and release processes.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and improve infrastructure reliability.
  • Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, YAML, and other automation tools.
  • Design, deploy, and manage containers and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Integrate legacy systems with cloud solutions, identifying and addressing technology gaps.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and security teams to define and enforce cloud governance standards.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure services including networking, compute, and storage resources.
  • Configure, monitor, and optimize cloud operations for performance, availability, and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to DevOps and development teams.
  • Support incident response and 24/7 on-call rotation for cloud environments.
  • Document solutions, processes, and standards, and present recommendations to stakeholders.


Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional IT experience (system administration, network, or cloud engineering).
  • 7+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience in a team-based environment.
  • 5+ years of enterprise-level experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).


Mandatory Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional


Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce AD201 & AD301
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or MCSA
  • Unix/Linux Administration Certifications


Technical Skills

  • Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
  • DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Gearset (Salesforce DevOps)
