Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support Workday Studio integrations
  • Build and manage EIBs for data loads and integrations
  • Troubleshoot integration and data issues ensuring accuracy and performance
  • Support Workday HCM system administration, reporting, and audits
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders on requirements and solutions
  • Stay current with Workday releases and best practices
Required Skills:
  • Workday Studio & Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Strong Workday HCM technical knowledge (Payroll preferred)
  • Integration development, data migration, and reporting
  • System configuration, testing, and production support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
  • Workday Studio / Integration Cloud certifications
  • Experience supporting multi-module Workday HCM environments
