Job Summary :The IT Project/Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and vendor-driven projects. The role oversees planning, execution, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and RFP support to ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end IT project delivery across teams and vendors.

  • Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs.

  • Control scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.

  • Deliver clear executive updates and maintain governance documentation.

  • Support RFP tasks: requirements, evaluations, and recommendations.

  • Facilitate meetings, communication, and cross-team coordination.

  • Work onsite with County stakeholders as required.

Required Skills  :  

  • 2–7+ years managing IT infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, or vendor implementation projects.

  • Strong planning, scheduling, RAID, and reporting skills.

  • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.

Preferred skills :

  • RFP development and procurement coordination experience.

  • Public sector or government project exposure.

  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
