Scope of Work

DCF is seeking a Senior-Level Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Tableau reporting and ETL development. The consultant will participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support both existing .NET applications and the new SACWIS/CCWIS system.

The candidate will collaborate closely with the System Integrator (SI) to ensure:

  • Verification of deliverables

  • Knowledge transfer

  • Ongoing maintenance and support for assigned modules

Key responsibilities include Tableau report development, SSIS/ETL solutions, SOA integrations, and data architecture support.

Specific Services Required

Lead Developer Responsibilities

  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed

  • Strong ownership from requirements through implementation

  • Excellent analytical, abstract thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Technical Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain Tableau reports.

  2. Assist in database architecture design, including data marts, dictionaries, and logical/physical models.

  3. Develop strategies for data acquisition, quality, and discrepancy resolution.

  4. Support data migration and integration from legacy to modern platforms.

  5. Develop and maintain complex T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.

  6. Access and integrate data from DB2, SQL Server, and other databases.

  7. Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions for ingestion, cleansing, and distribution.

  8. Apply data analytics best practices and near-real-time data solutions.

  9. Coordinate with Business Analysts and end users to validate requirements.

  10. Integrate external data sources with in-house systems.

  11. Test, validate, and reconcile ETL data flows.

  12. Design and implement data conversion strategies.

  13. Optimize SSIS packages and SQL performance.

  14. Design SSIS packages for FTP/SFTP file transfers.

  15. Participate in all SDLC stages: requirements, mapping, extraction, loading, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, optimization, and maintenance.

  16. Deploy Tableau reports to Tableau Server / integrated SharePoint Report Server.

  17. Develop advanced Tableau reports including:

    • Dynamic grouping and sorting

    • Drill-down and summary reports

    • On-demand sub-reports
