Role Overview:

The Client-Side IT Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between the client’s business and technical teams, overseeing project delivery, vendor coordination, and governance to ensure alignment with enterprise goals. The role focuses on managing end-to-end IT initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring quality, budget, and compliance across multi-vendor and cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client representative managing overall delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance across internal and vendor teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work in client advisory roles ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers, tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure deliverables meet client standards and SLAs.
• Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Drive budget management, procurement coordination, and change control processes.
• Oversee technical delivery of IT systems (applications, infrastructure, or cloud solutions) ensuring compliance with security and enterprise architecture standards.
• Identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies proactively to maintain delivery timelines.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live transition to operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership on delivery strategy, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
