Job Description :

  • 10+ years' experience in design and development of Java/J2EE applications
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Java technologies (J2EE / Java EE) 
  • Over 8 years of application development experience
  • Strong technical skills in Java, J2EE, EJB, WebServices , JSP, JDBC, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Must have object-oriented programming expertise and have sound understanding of design patterns
  • Knowledge of AWS services is required preferable hands-on.
  • Familiarity with building and consuming web services
  • Familiar with SOAP and REST API protocols, as well as HTTP transport concepts
  • Practical knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL queries (DB2 and Oracle preferred)
  • Experience with database Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions
  • Experience with WebLogic and WebSphere platforms
  • Experience with Linux OS desirable
  • Experience with assessment and refactoring of  WebLogic/WebSphere applications for cloud readiness on AWS
  • Desirable - Weblogic to Wildfly-JBOSS Migration experience , Websphere to Wildfly-JBOSS Migration experience
  • Desirable experience with Wildfly - JBOSS
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry helpful.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work either independently or as part of a larger team, depending on project assignments.
