Define and lead the enterprise-wide data integration and modernization strategy, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.
Oversee the architecture, design, and delivery of integration solutions using Talend, HVR, and Starfish, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and performance.
Lead cloud adoption and hybrid data architecture using AWS services (Glue, S3, Redshift, RDS, Lambda, Step Functions, Lake Formation, CloudWatch, IAM).
Drive data migration, replication, and CDC initiatives at global scale, ensuring minimal downtime and strong SLAs.
Establish data governance, compliance, and security frameworks for all data integration platforms.
Provide strategic leadership to global engineering teams, architects, and consultants, fostering innovation and best practices.
Partner with C-level executives (CIO/CDO/CTO) and business leaders to shape long-term data strategy and investment roadmaps.
Own the budgeting, cost optimization, and ROI measurement for cloud and integration platforms.
Champion automation, DevOps, observability, and AI/ML-driven data operations for improved reliability and intelligence.
Represent the organization in executive-level client engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
