Summary:
· Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with 8-10 years of experience to lead architecture discussions, guide implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces and integrations. The role involves comprehensive responsibilities from requirement gathering and solution design to development, testing, implementation, and working with process owners to define product roadmaps and translate them into user stories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture discussions as Supplier Portal representative
• Lead architecture discussions as S2P representative
• Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces integrations with multiple service portal systems
• Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces integrations with multiple financial system
• Worked on Requirement gathering
• Provided solution for end to solution through ServiceNow applications
• Helped development team to prepare design document
• Development
• Testing
• Implementation
• Maintenance
• Work with the process owner to define the roadmap for any given product
• Translate roadmap into user stories
Technical Requirements:
• ServiceNow platform (8-10 years’ experience as Solution Architect)
• Experience with interfaces and integrations
• Experience with multiple service portal systems
• Experience with multiple financial systems
