Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business process reviews, solution walkthroughs, and configuration reviews.
  • Manage integration reviews, security, reporting, and CRP sessions.
  • Lead product demos, UAT, and Oracle ERP Cloud implementation for SCM track.
  • Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop permanent fixes/configurations.
  • Performed at least 2 Implementations of Oracle Cloud
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

    • Expertise in Oracle SCM applications:
    • PurchasingSelf-Service ProcurementSupplier PortalsSourcingContracts.
    • Knowledge of InventoryOrder ManagementPricingManufacturingMaterials Management 
    • Ability to lead fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, CRPs, functional configuration, testing, and client training.
    • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and integration capabilities.
    • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and ERP architecture
  • Communication
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with executive stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Solution Driving Ability
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, value-driven solutions.
    • Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Customer-Centric Approach
    • Experience in advisory roles, influencing client strategies and ensuring customer success.
