Database Management:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle database software and related components.
Managing database storage, including Automatic Storage Management (ASM).
Implementing and managing backup and recovery strategies using tools like RMAN.
Monitoring database activity and performance, and troubleshooting issues.
Administering database security, including access control and data encryption.

Database Development:

Collaborating with developers to design and implement database schemas, tables, and other objects.
Developing and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL code for efficient data access and manipulation.
Creating and managing database triggers, stored procedures, and functions.
Working with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources.
